What to expect
Consultation
Our work always starts with a consultation with our clients, understanding clearly what you are trying to achieve, the timescales are involved and any budget constraints.
Upon gathering our clients’ expectations, our experienced team will be able to advise on what is achievable within the scope that was requested and to develop a plan towards delivery.
Project Planning
Once the initial consultation has happened we produce a project plan.
With our knowledge of production timescales and delivery logistics we put together a plan to manage your print project – so we can meet even the tightest of deadlines and may require overnight working.
Your event may include the production of exhibition panels, Media USB conversion/connection, digital bar code to video, special lighting programming to application of permits with the malls/management involved – all will need to be managed to ensure within the time frame.
Print Production
This is where our work really begins.
Coordinating your artwork files and/or designing output need to be scheduled together with the task of ordering all the base materials that will be used.
Extra care and attention is needed at every stage in this process, a simple typo or use of the wrong font can ruin the overall impression that you trying to create. And above all, the quality of the output needs to be monitored and machinery needs to be kept at the best output quality.
Fabrication
Churning out technical drawings from the approved design is how we commence the production of the displays. This is to ensure that the beautiful displays on paper will turn out equally, if not better looking than the creatives.
We do not compromise on the details such as the finishing, the dimensions, making sure that the fixtures / props will be able to fit within the promotional area, and all electrical works in tune with any effects that is required.
Finally, our team emphasise on the timeline of the production so that your launch can deliver on time.
On-site Delivery
From simple courier delivery to on site assembly of your printing project – we can deliver.
